While I do not recommend it for those that are just getting into the System Administration and Networking field, I do believe this book should not only sit on the shelves of System Administrators, but should be used frequently for reference. Residents can suffer from unnecessary pressure sores, weight loss, malnutrition, and uncontrolled blood sugar (Chapter 4). A man who wins not because some demons in his head are chasing him, but for the joy of it all.A remarkable read about a very remarkable man indeed. All of the instruction in the book, from the breathing exercises to the yoga poses is excellent and easy to get. That way I would have, at very least, had a visual way to skim the book and realize how lopsided the coverage was so that I could have been saved from purchasing it.If you're interested in Windows Security advice, I'd suggest picking up Hardening Windows by Roberta Bragg. Many residents have to sign admission agreements that work against the resident (p.66). Children who care for parents often suffer (p.19). Each car actually gets a 4 page fold out which is rather nice, but makes reading the book a bit awkward.
