For what we get there—and this is the larger part of the book—is a brilliant example not only of Shakespeare interpretation but also of superb teaching. It shows in his writings which may turn off people. Scarfalloto has the ability to take some of the most complicated ideas and make them approachable and accessible. I've just had 5 months of self-study so it's really the right one for me--not too easy nor too difficult.Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase, it even exceeded my expectations.
