I like the 9 Qi Gong exercises, and they are clearly described and accompanied by sequence photos. It's even easy to prepare because it's a lot of vegetables and you'll never be hungry. I returned in 2003 & Made my Bee-line to that Back alley after Years of being under the LA scene's Musical Spell. This book is fantastic. The author's step-by-step format is easily readable and help
